Job Offer Letter

Rahul Vashisth will work in a Project Management and Business Operations support capacity, contributing to project planning, execution, monitoring, and performance analysis across organizational initiatives.

• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination of internal and client delivery projects.
• Assist with defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and work breakdown structures.
• Track project milestones and deliverables using MS Project, Excel dashboards, or equivalent tools.

• Support Agile project delivery practices including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog tracking, and retrospectives.
• Assist Scrum Masters / Project Managers in tracking sprint progress and team velocity.
• Maintain project artifacts such as user stories, task boards, and sprint reports.

• Support resource allocation, utilization tracking, and capacity planning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and delivery teams.

• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and project performance reports.
• Conduct data analysis related to schedule performance, cost performance, and operational efficiency.

• Support process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement principles.
• Ensure compliance with project governance standards, contract requirements, and reporting protocols.

• A bachelor's/master's degree from an accredited, non-profit university or college is required.
• Demonstrated history of dedication and commitment in previous roles.
